This book is admittedly biased, not only in judgements but in selections, because it is impossible to write about the avant-gardes, with any integrity and excellence, without seeming opinionated. (If you don’t like opinions, well, you’re welcome to read the telephone book.)
A Dictionary of Avant-gardes - Richard Kostelanetz
M.A. thesis writing is an exceptionally illuminating activity ;)
Is this a tree in a milk bottle?
No! It’s my morning green juice!
[butter lettuce, apples, celery, orange, lemon, ginger, green parsley]
Sure we will.
I’m so awfully boring today.
I post pictures of violet moons, fail to pay attention during Japanese classes and dream of sleeping.
I feel like a can of peas (or something).
- 1 liter boiled water
- 3 tbsp green tea
- 2 tbsp raspberry leaves
- 2 tbsp ginkgo biloba
- 1 tbsp st. john’s wort
- 1 tbsp stevia (the leaves, not the commercial white powder)
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Let it sit for about 5 minutes, strain and that’s it. Smells good, tastes wonderful and you still get just the right kick.
